Stealing by individuals and gangs to support a Business

Stealing is taking someone's property without permission. Very young children do not understand the concept of personal property. When they see something they want, they simply take it.  A gang of children can progress to form a well respected business without stealing. Stealing is occasionally done on impulse, to be truly successful you should be in control of your actions especially in business. Theft is not an indication of someone in control of themselves.  Depriving another of their goods or belongings is usually either carried out by a kleptomaniac an activity or a deliberate malicious intent. If it is a kleptomaniac then you will need psychiatric help.

Since the child has no sense of personal property, young children should not be accused of stealing when they take another person's things without permission. A child or gang member must be told by the leader repeatedly that taking other people's things is wrong in order to develop an understanding of the broader concept of stealing. You may find this humorous but gang leaders have a very strong understanding of compassion for others, in their gang the idea is to broaden this compassion to the rest of society.

“A Business that makes nothing but money is a poor kind of business” Henry Ford.

Criminalised and stigmatised
So far what I have said does not touch on the negative factors on stealing to the individual. Mugging, pilfering are petty crimes which destroy your life and reputation for being unstable and not to be trusted with money or goods. It could take a lifetime to regain some peoples trust.

Certain others are only too glad when one criminalise and therefore stigmatise and blight their future. This does not enhance your reputation as a good business person rather identifies you with the underworld of shady people and laughable characterisation as in the Situation comedy "Only Fools and Horses," Where “dodgy goods” is the order of the day. The worst case scenario is a stretch of imprisonment.  This situation is avoidable if judicious prudence is taken when acquiring merchandise for resale, where by checks are carried out of the origin of all your goods and as to the quality of the merchandise so as to avoid fraudulent practises.
